Our Policy

To begin any refund or exchange claim, please send us an email addressed to sales@infiniteauto.com.au with your item ID, reason for refund/ exchange and evidence to support the claim.

We want to make sure our customers are satisfied so please reach out and give us the opportunity to address any issues or concerns you may have prior to providing us negative feedback.

For your peace of mind, we offer refunds or replacements if our products arrive to you damaged, faulty or not the item that was purchased. Please inspect your product carefully for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation and contact us within 10 days upon receipt of goods. Return shipping will be on us and we will offer a full refund, a replacement product or store credit - that will be up to you.   It is important that Items are returned within 30 days of receipt, otherwise a full refund will not be processed.

All our products are protected under our 1 year warranty guarantee.

Should anything out of the ordinary arise following the 30 day period after your purchase, under company policy, customers will be responsible for return postage costs and also to contact us about a claim prior to sending back the product. If we receive an item without notification, your claim unfortunately may be delayed and not be processed.

We recommend professional installation of our products.

We are not liable for any returns for change of mind, orders mistakenly purchased by the customer or if the product is damaged upon installation by any parties outside of Infinite Auto. If a return or exchange needs to be issued for these reasons, the customers are liable for a 15% restocking fee and return postage. Products must be in its original condition with original packaging and all of its components.
